I scheduled a LOF. The Service Rep got me checked in quickly. While the work was performed, I went to the clean and comfortable waiting area. My car was finished quickly and was returned to me after a much needed wash. Much appreciated. There was a wall-mounted flat screen with no volume which I totallyunderstand. Technician did not check my tire pressure and my tire pressure indicator is still on. When I drove in, there was someone who gave me a tag and told me where to find the service counter. The service people were busy on computers and the phone. I waited and then was asked if I had an appoint told me where to find the service counter. The service people were busy on computers and the phone. I waited and then was asked if I had an appointment. No one introduced themselves. They confirmed the code on my car and then showed me where I could wait. There were several people in the waiting room and the TV was on fairly loud. There were not a lot of workspaces for people trying to work while getting their cars serviced. I know some of this maintenance was due to warranty, but I still paid $185 OOP for some type of fluids added. Would I recommend this service center? The service center was fine. The wait was longer than expected and the TV was annoying. More
