Excellent service once I was able to actually make the appointment. The AI service when calling 6 different times over a two week period was horrible. Terrible response to customers. They burn through service manager and customer liaisons. The recent two new customer service people are overwhelmed and new. I called, voicemail(2x) and texted (their system preferred method) 5 times with no reply to change my appointment. Had to learn the on-line self scheduling where I canceled one appointment and set up another. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives for Genesis otherwise I would be exploring another dealership. Every time they change my oil I remind them to reset the service reminder yet I almost every time have to do it myself after. More
