That being said we committ to being better at communicating with you when your vehicle comes in for service. As you know, this was not the typical repair in dealing with rebuilt transmissions. We can both agree that the repair talent is second to none. We can be better at communication which is always something we are working on. As Eric and Mike mentioned in the reply, they reached out after the review I had left. I appreciated the phone call to voice from frustrations and see that they were very concerned that they need to take action to fix the issues I have with communication. I edited my initial review above after speaking to them as I didn't know initially its public, and I understand that 1 poor review can hurt a business so I wanted to put detail that explained the situation better. I truly feel after speaking to them, action will be taken to address communications, and to reiterate what I mentioned above, I believe that Columbia Ford provides quality service. Thank you Eric and Mike for reaching out, and furthermore taking actions where needed.
