The waiting area is truly fine with a fireplace in winter and leather easy chairs and sofa. The bathrooms are marble and luxurious and there's a cafe with breakfast and lunches at reasonable prices. But they do not have loaner cars available when you need to leave your car for repairs and the wait for a repair date can be at least two weeks. Use East Hartford Kia if you have a serious repair. Owning an electric car requires a lot of new knowledge, at least some of which should be made available when you buy one, not by having to spend hours trying to read through Kia's thick manuals with a lousy index. More
