Great Service I called from the highway after hearing a loud noise from the front of my truck and it started shaking at highway speeds. This was a 4:30 pm and I as I called from the highway after hearing a loud noise from the front of my truck and it started shaking at highway speeds. This was a 4:30 pm and I asked Columbia Ford if they could schedule me for an appointment the next day. They asked me if I could be there at 8:30 the next morning and I said I could be there. I arrived and they checked me in and within 30 minutes the tech came and found me and explained that he had test driven my truck, found the vibrating at 62 mph, and that he felt I had thrown a weight from one of my tires and that was the loud noise I heard. He recommended that I balance the tires and that should take care of the problem. He throughly checked the under carriage of my truck and stated he saw no other issues. I was in an out in an hour and back on the road. This is the kind of service that you can expect from Columbia Ford. More

Columbia Kia were great My experience with Columbia Kia was great they tried to fix my issue with the Fiesta. However the problem is not fixed this is not there faults it's Ford I am completely disgusted with Ford and I intend on giving them a piece of my mind when I speak to them on Monday. How can you sell a car that has problems and not do everything in your power to fix it. This is my 5th time getting my car serviced for the same issue. It is still happening so now it's the 6th time. Columbia tried there best and they were accommodating to my needsweet however Ford is awful and I am very disappointed in them. More

My experience with Columbia Ford I have had some good and not so good experiences with Columbia Ford. My husband recently took our car in for its first oil change. The service men wer I have had some good and not so good experiences with Columbia Ford. My husband recently took our car in for its first oil change. The service men were goofing off when pulling our car into the garage (one guy kept opening the door halfway and then closing it). My husband didn't have all day for them to service our car. When the car was ready for pickup, my husband noticed a line of either dirt, grease, or oil on the front driver's seat. That was the worst part. I e-mailed our salesman, Matt Milici, but have yet to receive a response. Just some unprofessional behavior mixed with unsatisfactory service that left me with a somewhat bad experience. More

Excellent as always! I use my truck for work. No truck, no work. Columbia Ford knows this, and always makes sure I have my truck back asap, fixed right. If they can't g I use my truck for work.
