Great Service I called from the highway after hearing a loud noise from the front of my truck and it started shaking at highway speeds. This was a 4:30 pm and I as I called from the highway after hearing a loud noise from the front of my truck and it started shaking at highway speeds. This was a 4:30 pm and I asked Columbia Ford if they could schedule me for an appointment the next day. They asked me if I could be there at 8:30 the next morning and I said I could be there. I arrived and they checked me in and within 30 minutes the tech came and found me and explained that he had test driven my truck, found the vibrating at 62 mph, and that he felt I had thrown a weight from one of my tires and that was the loud noise I heard. He recommended that I balance the tires and that should take care of the problem. He throughly checked the under carriage of my truck and stated he saw no other issues. I was in an out in an hour and back on the road. This is the kind of service that you can expect from Columbia Ford. More

However the problem is not fixed this is not there faults it's Ford I am completely disgusted with Ford and I intend on giving them a piece of my mind when I speak to them on Monday. How can you sell a car that has problems and not do everything in your power to fix it. This is my 5th time getting my car serviced for the same issue. It is still happening so now it's the 6th time. Columbia tried there best and they were accommodating to my needsweet however Ford is awful and I am very disappointed in them. More
