Terrible customer service I scheduled an oil change for Monday October 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Approximately (70) seventy minutes later, the vehicle was ready. After waiting a I scheduled an oil change for Monday October 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Approximately (70) seventy minutes later, the vehicle was ready. After waiting an hour, I decided to inquire why a simple (scheduled) oil change had exceeding an hour. There was no explanation. I assumed since there was such a lengthly wait, the car was vacuumed, washed, etc. The car was never touched. Customer service needs some adjustments! More

Oil Change Sevice Was greeted pleasantly upon arrival, service performed quickly.Waited in Thunderbird Cafe where the waitress made me a Mustang Salad even though they Was greeted pleasantly upon arrival, service performed quickly.Waited in Thunderbird Cafe where the waitress made me a Mustang Salad even though they has closed 15 minutes before...it was delicious!! Shyann did an excellent job during my visit Service department performed my service just fine. Quick and easy. My only concern is that a car I purchased on June 28th this year needs tires and an Service department performed my service just fine. Quick and easy. My only concern is that a car I purchased on June 28th this year needs tires and an alignment after driving only 5,000 miles. Must have been bad when I bought it. And it was Certified !!! More
