My experience with Columbia Ford I have had some good and not so good experiences with Columbia Ford. My husband recently took our car in for its first oil change. The service men wer I have had some good and not so good experiences with Columbia Ford. My husband recently took our car in for its first oil change. The service men were goofing off when pulling our car into the garage (one guy kept opening the door halfway and then closing it). My husband didn't have all day for them to service our car. When the car was ready for pickup, my husband noticed a line of either dirt, grease, or oil on the front driver's seat. That was the worst part. I e-mailed our salesman, Matt Milici, but have yet to receive a response. Just some unprofessional behavior mixed with unsatisfactory service that left me with a somewhat bad experience. More

Excellent as always! I use my truck for work. No truck, no work. Columbia Ford knows this, and always makes sure I have my truck back asap, fixed right. If they can't g I use my truck for work. Terrible customer service I scheduled an oil change for Monday October 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Approximately (70) seventy minutes later, the vehicle was ready. After waiting a I scheduled an oil change for Monday October 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Approximately (70) seventy minutes later, the vehicle was ready. After waiting an hour, I decided to inquire why a simple (scheduled) oil change had exceeding an hour. There was no explanation. I assumed since there was such a lengthly wait, the car was vacuumed, washed, etc. The car was never touched. Customer service needs some adjustments! More
