Service visit I have always been very satisfied with the care and service that Columbia for provides. The only complaint I have this visit is, I was waiting for my car and it took longer than usual because there were a couple of recalls. No problem there! However in sitting in the waiting area, the television was on and the music was extremely loud. There was so,e breaking news that was important and it couldn't be heard. My suggestion: turn the music down in that area - too much competition! Just know that you are the best! More

Tire change I had an appointment for a tire change. Shortly after I sat in the waiting room, I was told there was a delay with the tire machine. Not as advertised When I called to make this service appointment I was told that this "We Owe" visit included tire rotation. When I brought the car in the morning of June 1 I requested verification that this visit included tire rotation. I was told that it did. When I reviewed the documentation of the service provided there was no indication that the tires had been rotated - only that tread depth, wear pattern/damage, and pressure had been checked. I would have paid for the rotation if I knew this service was not going to be provided. If the tires were, in fact, rotated, I will change the answers to this survey. More

6/2/16 F 250 service Brought my truck in for a belt replacement and oil change,belt was diagnosed during previous oil lube service along with a brake job that was recommen Brought my truck in for a belt replacement and oil change,belt was diagnosed during previous oil lube service along with a brake job that was recommended, I decided to wait for this next oil change to make repairs due to cost of labor and parts,mainly labor.when I made the appointment I asked to have the oil and lube done along with the belt that had been previously diagnosed,the brake job was done at a local repair facility far less then your price quote at previous visit with your service department,using the best rotors and pads that I could buy. I asked Joe Berube the price of the belt that would be required as I could not remember the original quote,he gave me a price which I suspected was much more than I was originally told,I waited to get home to verify this, I was correct in my suspicion.I called Joe and asked him again the price of the belt in question,he put me on hold and checked with parts,came back to me and the price of the belt was almost 40.00 less,a high estimate is as bad if not worse than a low estimate,i. E.my brake job.During this service being performed,Iasked to have my A.C. checked as there was no cool air coming from dash,thinking it may just need a freon charge,much to my disappointment and shock,Joe as a matter of fact told me that the tech found that a blend air door was not functioning properly and was the reason for A.C. not working,Was told it was at least a 2000.00 dollor labor repair,and that I should replace all the blend air door motors while they were doing repair since they were right there anyways,this I knew was not a necessity,leading me to suspect the tech is not sure of which one it might be,so let's just replace all ,I did not receive a estimate of these parts costs,but with 15 years as a parts man and parts manager I can guess.So in my mind I was probably looking at a 3000.00 or more A.C. repair. I really had the feeling that Joe was shooting estimate cost from the hip.As I have not had the time to bring my truck elsewhere for a estimate for this repair, I doubt if I will be told to replace 4 or 5 blend air door motors but I will soon be bringing the truck to another facility for another estimate.There was a 3rd issue concerning a engine light that was on when I brought the truck in and still on when I picked up the truck,but I don't feel like getting into it at this time.This was not my first time in your service department, I have bought vehicles from Colombia Ford in the past,but with all your frills that Colombia Ford has to offer I can say that I will no longer be a customer. LAST SERVICE APPT. DID NOT GO TO WELL. , CAR WAS BROUGHT IN FOR 50.000 MI. SERVICE AND EXCHANGE WINTER TIRES TO SUMMER TIRES. ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST TO LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO REPLACE THE , CAR WAS BROUGHT IN FOR 50.000 MI. SERVICE AND EXCHANGE WINTER TIRES TO SUMMER TIRES. ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST TO LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO REPLACE THE TIRES I BROUGHT IN. 2 HRS LATER SHE TOLD ME CAR WAS DONE, I STATED NO NEW TIRES? SHE SAID THEY WERE OK WILL LAST FOR ONE MORE SEASON. LEFT FOR HOME, GOT 1 MI. AND I HAD A FLAT TIRE. CAME BACK TO DEALER, CAR WAS BROUGHT IN. THE EXPLANATION FOR THE FLAT WAS VERY VAGUE. IT TOOK 2 HRS TO PUT ON 2 NEW REAR TIRES. I ASKED WHEN THE CAR MAY BE DONE, SHE TOLD ME THE TIRE MACHINE WAS TIED UP WILL BE READY IN 10 MIN. I HAVE TO THINK I WAS PUT ON THE BACK BURNER. NOW I HAVE 2 NEW TIRES AND OLD ONES ON FRONT, I ASKED IF THAT WAS OK FOR ALL WHEEL DRIVE SHE SAID YES. I HAVE SINCE HEARD OTHERWISE AND WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU. NOT SURE WHY THE SERVICE WAS LESS THAN SATISFACTORY, ITS TOO BAD. More

Oil Change Completed Received an E-reminder of 30K check on 4 x 4 Pickup. Called for appointment. Initially told I needed transmission flush, cabin filter replacement, oi Received an E-reminder of 30K check on 4 x 4 Pickup. Called for appointment. Initially told I needed transmission flush, cabin filter replacement, oil change, tire rotation, engine air filter and safety check (~$460). Checked owners manual and no transmission flush required. Called another dealer AND there is no cabin filter in my vehicle. Took advantage of a front end alignment, tire balance and rotation special at local TIRE store, replaced my own engine air filter and thus when I got there only needed an oil change & safety check. Out of there for <$45. Mistake reading requirements? Overselling of services? Bottom line - trust but verify. More
