They delivered my vehicle within the expected time frame. They arranged for me to have a rental during the time. Enterprise was there when I came in to drop my vehicle off. The process was seamless and staff there were great. It was a very welcoming site when I arrived there as I recognized most of the staff from 13 years prior when I had a major accident. They did a fabulious job then with my vehicle and did NOT disapoint me with their work this time around. The fact that the staff has been there for so many years, I feel as a customer, Gates and Columbia Ford take care of their employees and in turn they are top knotch with thier customer service and delivering on expectations. 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan We brought our 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan for a radiator repair and a couple of weeks later had an overheating issue. We dropped it off without an appo We brought our 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan for a radiator repair and a couple of weeks later had an overheating issue. We dropped it off without an appointment on Saturday and got it back on Wednesday. I'm not sure how long it should have taken, but thankfully it ended up only being a bad cap and an air bubble. I understand that it needed to sit overnight to verify the bubble, so maybe the time it took was okay. There was no charge which always makes me happy. I really like the service team, they are always pleasant and I see how they try to keep the customers happy. More
