When they discovered a needed fix beyond the normal service, to the left rear bearing, they completed the repair in record time so I could take my road trip. I so appreciate the customer service!! Ok-nothing special I was here for my first oil change, when I arrived there was a woman at the desk but she didn't actually start my paperwork until I was waiting for ab I was here for my first oil change, when I arrived there was a woman at the desk but she didn't actually start my paperwork until I was waiting for about 7 mins. I don't think she worked in service, but no service dept employees were around. My oil change was scheduled for 515 and I didn't leave until after 6, which is too long to wait for a simple service. Finally, the Ford website and my truck's internal tracking both say the oil change interval is 10,000 miles; however the technician have me a sticker stating the interval is 5000. In fairness I didn't notice the sticker until I got home and didn't get to ask the service writer. I'm not sure which is correct. Those negatives aside, the staff was very polite and professional and the shop and service area were very clean and comfortable. By fast the nicest waiting area I've been in. More

feedback on free oil change and safety check up on new car They knew I was coming, they quickly managed to find me in the system, they indicated they would find me in the cafe when the car was done. Fantastic, professional, friendly Went to Columbia Ford after returning from a three month trip on the road. We reviewed what was going to be done, signed the required paperwork, was told about the free coffee in the Thunderbird Grill, and asked to have a seat and they would come and find me in about an hour. An hour give or take, and two cups of coffee later, my representative came and found me. We went over what had been done, recommendations of the technician, and collecting of payment, I was asked if I wanted to make a future appointment, wanted to receive an email or text message reminder, handed my paperwork, which was stapled together, and wished a good day. This is the way service is supposed to be. More
