Oil change I knew I was in trouble when the car had not moved at 0930 when I had a 0900 apt. Went in at 1045 to see where we were at. My displeasure is not with the work but the disregard of my time. No one came to me and said we had a recall and ask, did I have the time to take care of today. Easy to take your kids with you while getting an oil change. I have two young kids and I can't believe how much they enjoy going to the dealership. The service is amazing and when they say you will be out in an hour, they are not kidding. I had my oil change scheduled for 9:30am. We dropped the keys off at the service desk and went to the cafe. Not only does Columbia Ford have wonderful staff, but the cafe staff is just as wonderful! I have only been to the dealership 3 or 4 times in the past year and everyone remembers me and my kids. We sat down at in the cafe, I got my free cup of coffee and chatted with the cook. He is probably one of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met. After we completed some school work and had a snack, we wondered the dealership looking at all the new cars and even fed the fish. Yes, they have a mini indoor pond and allow the kids to feed the fish. Right at everyone was getting antsy, Rachel brought me my paperwork and told me I was all set. No fee for this oil change and tire rotation, so we hopped in the car and it was just 10:27am just about an hour as promised. Love this place! Thank you to all the staff who make the oil change experience so wonderful! More
