Having retired from a career in aerospace customer service I know what exceeded my customers expectations and I look for the same service when I seek it. This is the first time I have used Columbia Fo service I know what exceeded my customers expectations and I look for the same service when I seek it. This is the first time I have used Columbia Ford for service on my F150 and you did not disappoint. From making the appointment on line to my initial greeting by Jose Arriaga to picking up my truck, everything about my experience exceeded my expectations. Also, kudos to the awesome waiting area, Thunderbird Cafe and shuttle Service. I live 30 miles away so those conveniences are very much appreciated. Keep up the great work! More
