Since the tire rotation was skipped at our first/last service in June, I asked about the Your service guy gave me the report, said cars done and ok. Since the tire rotation was skipped at our first/last service in June, I asked about the tire rotation. I was told then It wasn't need since there was only 3700 miles I was told, with no enthusiasm that if I wanted it done, you could bring the car back in, put on the lift and rotate the tires. He also said it was not really needed, as the tread was all, 8mm all tires. I'm not a mechanic but I always thought the tire tread depth was for tire overall wear and/or a suspension problems. The main reason to rotate the tires their life as maximized of all 4 tires. I guess I must be more specific next time. More

I called Rachel at 9:00 am, told her I was concerned about how my NEW F150 was shifting. She scheduled me an appointment for 10:30 same day. 4 people discuss my issue and drove the truck until I was com about how my NEW F150 was shifting.
