A Most Satisfying Experience I recently brought my newly-purchased car (KIA Forte) in for its first free oil change and service check. It was done in a timely fashion while I enjo I recently brought my newly-purchased car (KIA Forte) in for its first free oil change and service check. It was done in a timely fashion while I enjoyed breakfast at the Thunderbird Cafe. Robert Landry was so professional and accommodating. He answered many questions, including how to do some things that I was not yet familiar with since the car was so new😊 He even came back outside after I had already paid because I had forgotten to mention a concern 👍 Likewise, the fella in the parts department was very happy to help me place an order. All personnel are always friendly and demonstrate that they enjoy their job. I highly recommend this group! More

Very happy with my experience I took my car in to replace the 4 tires. My car was taken in right away. I was told the approximate time that it would take to replace the tires and I took my car in to replace the 4 tires. My car was taken in right away. I was told the approximate time that it would take to replace the tires and align the wheels. This estimate was right on target. The waiting room and the cafe are pleasant ways to pass the time while waiting. It is a pleasure doing business with Columbia. More

No Documentation of Service Performed (1) After the service was performed I was sent an email with a hyperlink to the documentation about the service. The hyperlink failed to connect to (1) After the service was performed I was sent an email with a hyperlink to the documentation about the service. The hyperlink failed to connect to the server after numerous tries over days. (2) After the service was performed, as my wife was leaving she was asked if anyone had talked to her about the oil leak that had been found. No one had told her about the oil leak or the necessity of returning a week later to have it fixed. (3) After the service was performed no one came into the waiting room to let my wife know that the car was ready. She sat there for who knows how long before she noticed the car in the parking lot. Fortunately the color of the car is distinctive. Other than for warranty repairs we will not be back. More

Terrible and not worth it! A free oil change turned in to a costly turbo swap. I own a 2000 Ford f-250 super duty with a 7.3L powerstroke. This truck normally takes 15w 40 motor A free oil change turned in to a costly turbo swap. I own a 2000 Ford f-250 super duty with a 7.3L powerstroke. This truck normally takes 15w 40 motor oil. The only time that 10w 30 is recommended but not required is in temperatures below freezing. By this time of the oil change, temperatures were already in the 70's. The thin motor oil got so thin while driving that it wasn't being supplied to the top of the turbo which caused it to overheat and fail. When the dealership was confronted about it. The only answer they could give me was they've been putting this oil in diesel trucks for the last 15 years when on their site and in the owner's manual, it clearly says to use 15w 40 and my truck is 19 years old, not 15. They told me it was nothing they could do about. They couldn't even give me a rental car while my truck was getting repaired even though I bought the truck through them and I'm still paying on it, which is another thing I had to pay out of pocket. Not only did I have to buy another turbo but I also had to sell one of my rifles to help pay for everything. More
