Regarding your last service visit, As part of our Oil Change Service we should be preforming a 21 multi-point inspection, which includes topping off all fluid levels and filling the engine oil to the correct level. Your Battery on you 2017 should be covered for 3 years or 36 thousand miles, I’m not sure why it was dead but if you did pay for it please contact us.. The most important thing is as a Dealership we try and strive for Quality of all Maintenance and Repairs done here at Columbia Ford KIA.
