Best repair experience ever! Took our Optima in for service (with a coupon no less!!). Not to be dramatic but I kept shaking my head to make sure I was seeing what I was seeing! Beautiful fireplace with beautiful leather furniture around it. A koi pond. Snacks, water and coffee. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The bathrooms were quality and spotless. I don't usually go on and on about my car repair or dealership but this place is unique and extraordinary. I forgot to mention how friendly, professional and helpful everyone I dealt with was. My visit took an hour for the works! We will most certainly be back. More

Timely service and exactly what was requested. I had both front and rear brakes done on my 2015 Ford Explorer. Magic Service So I was driving the other day and I thought that my boost tubes had went on my 2017 FoST. I had it towed to Columbia and found out that it wasn't the So I was driving the other day and I thought that my boost tubes had went on my 2017 FoST. I had it towed to Columbia and found out that it wasn't the boost tubes but the BPV that I had installed about a week prior. Feeling defeated I went to pick up my wounded car only to have Bobby pulled it up to me good as new! Now he says that it was still acting up when he pulled it from around the back but I think that he actually cast a healing spell on it for me! More

Lost faith in my dealer Well this vehicle was purchased from Columbia ford. And I bought a 2017 f250. Got a flyer in the mail about a 39.99 oil change and thorough vehicle Well this vehicle was purchased from Columbia ford. And I bought a 2017 f250. Got a flyer in the mail about a 39.99 oil change and thorough vehicle inspection with topping off the fluids. After leaving my explorer wouldn’t start. Just clicked. So i installed a brand new battery. Noticed it was a gallon low on antifreeze. And 1/2 a quart low on oil. Lost all faith in my dealer. The checklist was filled out as good condition with everything full and ready to drive. I do not understand why people can not do what they claim they have done. I will never have columbia inspect my vehicle or change my oil again More
