The car was picked up and brought in for me, I got a loaner car, and within 48 hours had my car back completely repaired. Always on top of things More
The service department are crooks. On Monday I made an appointment for a recall. While making the appointment I mention noise coming from the front end. The girl at the service department said ok I'll add it. I brought the Kia in on Tuesday. I gave the keys to Rob , I forgot to mention the backup camera wasn't working he said he will add it to the paperwork. A few hrs latter I got a call saying recalls were looked at, Kia will replace backup camera. I said what about noise. He said what noise? I told him that I told the girl on Monday about it. He said I'll make another appointment for the noise. I said I have the extended warranty. He said that will be a $100 deductible X2. I said I have to pay that for each appointment? Yes. I said make one appointment for the 2 issues. He said he can't . You can't? No I can't? Ok cancelle all appointments. I will never walk back into Columbia Ford ever again. Why would I pay $200 for 2 visits when it should take one visit. I'm discussed how he tried to take advantage of me. More
