My appointment went well but was waiting on a phone call regarding repair , didn’t receive a call therefore return to dealership and found out my repair need a part ordered. Asked if they had a a coupon they could give me for an oil change and they were not interested in the least in helping me out. They brushed me off and said check the website. Service was very professional. They were able to fix my window. My only complaint is the cost. It was a window regulator, which cost nearly $1,000 to replace (parts & labor). Office service staff was not helpful in answering questions, or dealing with problems. After scheduling my appointment 2 months in advance and even verifying the day before, I was told the morning of questions, or dealing with problems. After scheduling my appointment 2 months in advance and even verifying the day before, I was told the morning of my appointment that suddenly there was not a car available to use in the valeting of mine. Then I got zero responses for a week as to when the reschedule of my appointment would be. The service was completely unacceptable for a “luxury” brand like Genesis. More
