It took a month to get an appointment to replace a recall on a trunk part. When i arrived there, I had to wait and was told that they had to order the part. (What were they doing in the month's wait and why on a trunk part. When i arrived there, I had to wait and was told that they had to order the part. (What were they doing in the month's wait and why don't they have the part????) They said that they would call when the part comes in and I would get a free car wash (everyone gets a car wash). It took 20 more minutes waiting for the car wash.Pretty disgusted. More
