This has repeatedly been the worst dealership I have ever been to (Hyundai specifically). Overall, their customer service is mediocre, they are traditionally very slow to delay and when I got my first oil ch been to (Hyundai specifically). While reporting this to the dealership, they offered to fix it but could not get me in until 3 weeks later. This is on a leased vehicle that they messed up... Kerry Hyundai in Alexandria and Jeff Wyler Hyundai in fairfield are significantly better to deal with and have been more helpful and easier to schedule with over the term of my lease. More
