Genesis is a terrific car however I will not be purchasing another because of the poor service department. Took car in for a recall by appointment at 8 A.M. The necessary repairs were fine. Our sales rep Brad showed us some alternative vehicles. Since, I have been driving a 2005 Hyundai sonata for sixteen years and love it I chose another. Choosing a 2021 Hyundai sonata SEL Plus which has quite a bit of new features than my previous vehicle so some adapting will be necessary. Brad did make the buying experience easy and relaxing. We appreciate all the help in navigating the buying process. More
