Genesis is a terrific car however I will not be purchasing another because of the poor service department. Took car in for a recall by appointment at 8 A.M. The necessary repairs were fine. Our sales rep Brad showed us some alternative vehicles. Since, I have been driving a 2005 Hyundai sonata for sixteen years and love it I chose another. Choosing a 2021 Hyundai sonata SEL Plus which has quite a bit of new features than my previous vehicle so some adapting will be necessary. Brad did make the buying experience easy and relaxing.
