Not only did they fail to find that my cabin filter had been chewed up, indicating that they had not done the multi-point inspection that they were supposed to, their estimate for a rotor resurface and bra been chewed up, indicating that they had not done the multi-point inspection that they were supposed to, their estimate for a rotor resurface and brakes was a hundred dollars more than what Kerry charged me for new brakes, rotors and filter.
