Your maintenance management is very uneven or reliable. My service appointment the time before this one, I asked if your service staff could look at a couple of items I was concerned about. One thing was simply to check the brake fluid level. I was told we would have to charge you a diagnostic fee. I thought since my car had been in your service shop so many times over the year should mean something but I guess it does not. I wrote a complaint about it and gave a verbal complaint when I got the how was your experience call and told them the same things. Nothing happened. This visit I did not ask for any of the things I asked before for them to check but now since there was work that needed to be done now the service team took it upon themselves to check out some over things they found needing to be fixed. I do appreciate them finding these things for me but if they had looked at the brake fluid like I had asked before then maybe they could have flushed it then. So I ask you with this type of uneven maintenance behavior would you feel comfortable driving pass other dealerships I could get the same work done but might have a better experience? Maybe loyalty might mean more to them than it does in your shop. More
