We replaced 4 tires 9/13/2023. Took car in for maintenance service 1/8/2023. Were charged $40 for tire rotation. Why? Lack of communication, rude cashier counter and unsure of work that was done are just a few sentences to describe my last visit. I dropped my car off the night before to have a couple recall repairs done as work that was done are just a few sentences to describe my last visit. Never heard from them until AFTER a voicemail was left (early afternoon) and then a couple hours later, I texted. Then an hour before they closed, I get a call my vehicle is ready for pick up. Once I get there the first cashier told me my oil change coupon couldn't be used. The second cashier said she could do it. However, it's not reflected on my receipt which I didn't look at until I got home.... that's my fault. I just wanted to leave, and they wanted to go home. So needless to say, after only 2 visits at this dealership, I'm going a half hour out of my way to see a different Hyundai dealership. More

The staff was very professional and made me feel welcomed. Service was done in a timely manner. I will continue to come to this location. Can’t beat the service or the professionalism. My rep was extremely nice and helped me every way he could possibly think of. I wasn’t expecting a $1000.00 repair bill and honestly this wiped my bank account out. . I was thoroughly disappointed to le could possibly think of. I wasn’t expecting a $1000.00 repair bill and honestly this wiped my bank account out. . I was thoroughly disappointed to learn my warranty for this part was only a short time 5 yrs/50,000 miles. I learned buying a warranty is a mistake if you switch dealers because they don’t honor the warranty. I learned a lot of things the hard way and wasn’t prepared for these lessons. I’m glad to know this going forward but it doesn’t help me because I bought my car at Superior and he sold out. I had no idea they are only good at the place you buy your car. I now know its not something to buy again. Columbia has always been a good dealership but having a Hyundai with only two places to get it repaired thats a negative. I will make sure the next time I buy a car they have more then two dealerships I’m grateful my car is fixed and Columbia service reps were very helpful. Brindle was very compassionate and listened as I stressed and fell apart. I am thankful there are still people thst try and help even in trying situations. He deserves to be recognized for listening and offering solutions. Thanks for everything! More
Had to bring my car back the day after the 15k service done on my 2011 Santa Fe because after the service was done my dashboard lights no longer worked. The gentleman at the service desk and someone from done on my 2011 Santa Fe because after the service was done my dashboard lights no longer worked. The gentleman at the service desk and someone from the service department quickly identified the problem and corrected the issue. Luckily I was still able to make it to my dinner with friends on time. I do appreciate their quick help, but would have preferred not to have to return again to have the problem corrected. This occurred on 1/17/24 & 1/18/24. More
