Polite but unaware of my car history and their service recommendations. I was told I would receive free oil changes until 32,000 miles and your tech wanted to charge me for the service. I now have have a sticker in my auto stating I need to return in 4,000 miles for an oil change. I was told when I purchased this vehicle I would need to return in 8,000 miles for service. Why did your dealership allow me to drive double mileage if an oil change is due in 4,000? Displeased and disappointed… More
