I brought my 2018 F-350 in for a recall and a steering wobble, after about 4 days I called to say I needed something out of the truck and they said they were happy I called, they had lost my contact info wobble, after about 4 days I called to say I needed something out of the truck and they said they were happy I called, they had lost my contact info and didn’t know why the truck was there. I explained AGAIN that the pitman arm was prematurely worn and the truck was having “death wobble”. He said ok again. A few days later they called to say the recall was done, I asked about pitman arm, he said what about it. I explained again for 3rd or 4th time, he said he would look at it. Next day called to say recall was done again, I went to pick up, still had movement in pitman arm, and when I made him come out to shoe him, he said that the knock and movement were normal (in truck with 12k miles, I when I got angry and brought up my list of problems with them, he got rude and said “we’re done and left.
