Was greeted after pulling into the lot by a friendly sales lady. Was ask if u needed assistance without being pushy. I bought the truck the next day and transaction was completed in less than 2 hours I drove my new truck home! Great people to deal with. More

Nothing special The car needed an oil change and it was recalled and it was taken care of. I just don't like though there is plexiglass. The workers there seem to me that because of that no mask is needed? I thought that was mandatory in Ohio for employees? Just asking. The workers do deal with the public upon entering. Thru the years never had a complaint but not really happy with the entire establishment now!!! More

In the environment of COVID he was very careful to wear a masks, sanitize my car after workers. As for my 2016 Ford Escape I was disappointed to have to put near $600 in computer system. It is only 4 yrs old, 31,500+ miles, and well serviced regularly. I had a problem with a noise in rear of car when just a year or less and it was never corrected ...I just live with it. My previous Ford Edge I had six years and traded in and had no problems at all ...that is why I bought another Ford. Next time likely not - Columbiana Ford did everything they could to work with Ford ...was 100% satisfied with Columbiana Ford - not so with Ford Mfg. More
