In the environment of COVID he was very careful to wear a masks, sanitize my car after workers. As for my 2016 Ford Escape I was disappointed to have to put near $600 in computer system. It is only 4 yrs old, 31,500+ miles, and well serviced regularly. I had a problem with a noise in rear of car when just a year or less and it was never corrected ...I just live with it. My previous Ford Edge I had six years and traded in and had no problems at all ...that is why I bought another Ford. Next time likely not - Columbiana Ford did everything they could to work with Ford ...was 100% satisfied with Columbiana Ford - not so with Ford Mfg. More

I was received politely and pleasantly. I was able to sit in a safe location. My service took about an hour and I asked for touch up paint to be ordered and I was told it was and probably would arrive 3 to 5 in a safe location.
