Tyler has sold us two vehicles, a 2021 Ford F-150 and now a 2017 Nissan for our daughter. I was sold a pickup that after I purchased and took to a mechanic of good repute was told the vehicle was unsafe due to bed corrosion. I understand buyer beware when it comes to used vehicles but unsafe is mechanic of good repute was told the vehicle was unsafe due to bed corrosion. I understand buyer beware when it comes to used vehicles but unsafe is asking for a law suit if someone gets hurt with a shifting load. Cost to me to fix is $2250.00. As a side note 3 of 4 axle shaft seals were leaking and needed replaced. I chose to have a quality mechanic, not at a Ford dealer, to have the work done, and bit the bullet to pay vice use the warranty. I'm very leery of a system that pays for warranty work that is an incentive to have salesmen lie by omission so I can bring a truck back to a mechanic that may or may not get fixed. If I ever find a group of dissatisfied customers who bought at Columbiana Ford I would gladly help bankroll a full page add on how despicable of a business this place really is. I have all the proof and documentation of selling an unsafe vehicle at an inflated price. Please pass on to the owner he could very well get a visit from the local tv station or see his business in the headlines because of ill repute. Have a nice day. More
