I especially appreciated Jeremy's personable approach when he demonstrated the agility and responsiveness of the Ford F-150. The truck is a dream to drive and perfect for towing our new travel trailer. Jeremy even responded to a text question from me when he was in the midst of a family emergency. That's amazing customer service! Mike Troglia helped us by answering questions and managing some details of the sale in addition to scheduling a follow-up visit for running boards and window tinting. Tina patiently reviewed financing details with us, and we became proud Ford owners thanks to the great folks at Columbine Ford.
