Fast very easy and smooth I was looking for a 2015 F150 and I've looked all over the western slope of Colorado, Columbine Ford had the best prices hands down. He was VERY helpful and VERY knowledgeable. A little thing I like to do when purchasing a vehicle is the test to salesmen's knowledge. I already knew all the information down to every little speck of the vehicle, Brad knew it all as well. I don't like dealing with a salesman that doesn't know what there're talking about and just spit out numbers. So this wasn't the case with Brad. He had earned my trust. We did everything over the phone, primarily through text messaging because signal is bad were I live just outside of Delta Colorado. Once we found numbers we both agreed on, Brad delivered the vehicle from Rifle Colorado to Delta Colorado for no extra charge. Overall I would describe the whole process as: nonstressful, enjoyable, easy, fast, and even fun. Columbine Ford in Rifle Colorado and Brad Wilkins have both earned my business now and in the future and my trust. I would recommend everyone to Columbine Ford. More

Excellent Customer Service! Went above and beyond! This was the first car I've ever purchased from a dealership. I live in Rio Rancho, NM but am from the Rifle area. I found my 2012 Honda CRV on True C This was the first car I've ever purchased from a dealership. I live in Rio Rancho, NM but am from the Rifle area. I found my 2012 Honda CRV on True Car. Contacted the dealer, where Mr Jake Bowen called me. I sent my mother to test drive and Jake was courteous, and not at all pushy. He was very respectful to both of us. Brad Wilkins the finance guy was amazing at getting me all my paperwork when I decided to buy. I came up the following week to pick up the car and it was just as wonderful as advertised and the pricing was perfect. Way cheaper than anything in Albuquerque. They made the buying from out of state a smooth process. When I got the car, it had a glitch with the air conditioner fuse, they thought they fixed it and sent me on the way, turns out it was the wrong fuse, I went back to the dealer, and even though I was upset and it was 10 mts to 6 (closing time), owner Jimmy Braslin and Jake stayed with me while they fixed the car and offered solutions. Turns out they had the right fuse, got it taken care of and sent me on the way. THey are truly a wonderful group of guys there! I went to go get my license plates a few days ago and usually that's a hassle with vin inspections and titles and paperwork, etc, Got a call from the MVD in Rio Rancho telling me that the dealership had taken care of EVERYTHING and that it was the most organized transaction they'd ever had. All I had to do was go pick up my plate. So thank you again Columbine Ford! You are truly wonderful, I will buy my next car from you and I will proudly display your logo on my vehicle and refer you to anyone in New Mexico! More

Outstanding service from Columbine Ford, Rifle CO We were searching for a used vehicle for several months and came across a Nissan Armada at Columbine Ford in Rifle, CO. Since we lived in New Mexico, We were searching for a used vehicle for several months and came across a Nissan Armada at Columbine Ford in Rifle, CO. Since we lived in New Mexico, it was difficult to make the 8-hour trip to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. Stan Kutnicki, our salesman took the car for a 6-mile test drive, checking out the 4WD, all of the options, and reported back to us the shape and performance of the vehicle. He was very honest and forthcoming with his assessment which convinced us that we were purchasing a quality vehicle and should make the trip to Colorado. Our trip took us to Grand Junction, CO, where Stan was willing to meet us with the vehicle to test drive and purchase. He saved us an extra hour down the road to Rifle, CO and tons of time that we could not afford to spend. We found the vehicle on-line through the internet on Wednesday and drove it home from Colorado on Friday, all paperwork in order and the vehicle exactly as describe. It is scary buying a vehicle long-distance, but Stan Kutnicki at Columbine Ford made our decision and our trip easy. We are very happy with our Nissan Armada. More
