Great Service Dept While driving from Los Angeles to Aspen, i stopped in for a quick oil change / filter. Very friendly Quick stop service dept, got my in n out fast. n While driving from Los Angeles to Aspen, i stopped in for a quick oil change / filter. Very friendly Quick stop service dept, got my in n out fast. nice experience. Next day i stopped back again to replace degas bottle cap and new degas bottle. again very fast and friendly people and I headed on my way back to Los Angeles, unfortunately i only made it 14 miles and my truck had serious problem, stopped dead on the side of the I70..with a failed IPR STC Fitting ( 2005 F350 Diesel,/ with 125k miles ) Columbine service people gave me the contact for local towing company ( Rifle Towing ) who arrived quickly and towed my truck and 18' trailer back to the dealership. Service dept quickly confirmed the fault code and thankfully had the right parts in stock.once diagnosed at around 2;30pm they told me the mechanic offered to work late an come in early as needed to get me back on the road as quick as possible. The next morning i got a call at 9am, my truck was ready to roll. 14 hrs later i arrived back in Los Angeles and truck ran like a charm. This is the kind of dealership that makes me happy to be a 35 years an going Ford Truck owner. Thanks to everyone at Columbine Ford, Rifle, CO. More
