We had heard a lot about Columbine Ford from my sister who used to work for a Ford Dealership. We have heard a lot of the radio spots here in Grand Junction, and so when my previous vehicle's timing belt who used to work for a Ford Dealership. We have heard a lot of the radio spots here in Grand Junction, and so when my previous vehicle's timing belt pulley broke, we were in need of another vehicle. We worked with Blaine mostly and John was our finance guy. Both guys were great and very helpful. I rated this business high because they both gave exceptional service. Were up-front with us and did not appear to be sneaky about anything so we did not feel like we were at most stereotypical car dealerships. Blaine kept us company while John ran our finances and it was nice hearing about his stories from Alaska. I went 3 hours from home to the dealership specifically to pickup a used 2001 Ford Excursion and while there they took a look at my current vehicle my family was driving and gave me an offer for trading it to pickup a used 2001 Ford Excursion and while there they took a look at my current vehicle my family was driving and gave me an offer for trading it in. I had intended to trade it in back at home in Denver in a month or so and was trying to find the right new truck. They were quick to ask me what I was looking for and work with me to find the one vehicle on their lot that matched my criteria and I ended up leaving with 2 new vehicles including a new F350 King Ranch. I really appreciated the no pressure just good deal that meets my needs and not spending a bunch of time with the "sales process". More

My experience was outstanding from the minute I arrived at the dealership and began looking at the inventory with Josh Bowen.
