On the 25th of October, 2013 I had a very pleasant car buying experience at Columbine Ford. I hesitate to recommend as while the staff was great, there are issues with the vehicle being a Ford Certified Pre-owned vehicle. Car was picked up with 57k on it. No Ford Vehicle Inspection Checklist wa there are issues with the vehicle being a Ford Certified Pre-owned vehicle. Car was picked up with 57k on it. No Ford Vehicle Inspection Checklist was given, I printed a copy myself from Ford to go over. Appearance and cleanliness was good. The faults found were: Rear tires need to be replaced now. Less than 2/32 of tread and they are at the wear indicators. Original tires. Engine air filter was original and extremely dirty and no new filter replaced. This leads me to believe the entire engine checklist was skipped. Trunk had panels with missing screws and loose causing trunk rattles. No owners manual with vehicle. Vehicle came with 2 sets of keys/remote but only one key/remote provided. They didn't know what happened to the 2nd key, which also means you can't make a copy as you need both sets. Did not come with a full tank of gas, came with 1/8 of a tank. Wipers had to be replaced as they were bad. Had this vehicle been through the Inspection checklist and had I been provided one I'm sure some of these issues would not have occurred. But they did and it makes me very skeptical of their "Ford Certified" program and whether they actually adhere to Ford guidelines. Should you buy any used vehicle at Columbine Ford please do a through inspection of the vehicle and if it is Ford Certified ask and go over the checklist from start to finish. More

I have purchased several vehicles from dealers in my time, and have ALWAYS dreaded walking on to the lot. The pressure to buy and then the pressure at the end to buy the extended warranty or this add on and that "extra" that isn't included in the price when sitting down to finalize the transaction has always been a source of contention for me. Not at Columbine Ford!! Yes, the extended warranty as well as an extended service plan was offered, but I declined. Not because I felt it wasn't of value, but because I wanted additional time to consider the options. Curtis didn't try to hard sell me on the plans, and furthermore streamlined the process so it was absolutely painless. Record time for being in and out of a finance department!! I am the third person in under two years, who has dealt with Josh in our circle of friends.Because of the experiences we've all enjoyed -- I'm certain that many more referals will be headed his / their way. I would STRONGLY encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle to visit Columbine Ford!! More

I bought my first truck at Columbine in 2006. The salesman then, and now Stan for my new 2013 model, were very friendly and helpful with no "pressure" for me to purchase anything. Dustin was so very helpful. I had to get out of the vehicle I had that day, and within a matter of a couple hours I was driving home in a new to me vehicle! Dustin and Curtis were able to keep my payme vehicle I had that day, and within a matter of a couple hours I was driving home in a new to me vehicle! Dustin and Curtis were able to keep my payments in the price range I could afford. They were postive and upbeat while I was so sure they were not going to be able to get me in a car, thank goodness they were right and I was wrong! So far I just love my little escape! More
