As always, the service department, is beyond amazing. Aaron treats me like gold and I am so blessed by that as well as the great work and professionalism of the mechanics as well. You walk away feeling like this service department is MOST interested in me having a great experience and a well maintained/repaired car, not just running a business or making money. If we can find the right car, I will be buying my next one through Columbine just because of the service I have received the last 15 years on my current car. Purchased a new vehicle with Jon Rouse and he was awesome! However, we returned a few days later because the rubber frame around the passenger rear door window was defective. I don't know who the awesome! However, we returned a few days later because the rubber frame around the passenger rear door window was defective. I don't know who the three guys that looked at it were, but they were very nice and helpful and said they would order a new one. Here we almost ten days later and when we called to find out if it came in, apparently it was never ordered. Still waiting to find out what's going on. I do want to say though that this is not the norm for the service department. Both my husband and I have all of our service done on our vehicles and they are always on top of things. More
