I had shopped around for a Ford Edge and did not find the model with the options or color we wanted in our area. Thought I would look online at other dealers in the area with Columbine Ford being my first choice, because of their great commercials and one of their owners, Colorado Rockies Todd Helton. Initially I talked with Brandun Weeden who was extremely helpful in setting up my contact with salesperson Robi Sifers. Robi contacted me immediately and walked through their lot, telling me (via cell phone) about each vehicle I was interested in. I set up an appointment to drive to Rifle, CO. (1 hour) with my wife. We called to let them know we were going to be a little late arriving and was on a short turn around time to get back to Grand Junction. Robi was very thorough in explaining the functionality of each option within the Ford Edge and was very precise and knowledgeable in answering any questions. When a vehicle was agreed upon, the detail shop, financing and management bent over backwards to make the purchase happen in record time. We are extremely happy with our experience at Columbine Ford. Very Scary Long Distance Purchase As I hate the 2015 Mustang redesign I had been looking for a 2013-14 for quite some time. In July a Red one popped up at Columbine Ford and it was a Roush Stage 3 to boot. My call was answered by Robi Sifers who took the car in the previous day...so we started the sales dance. She gave me the story about the previous owners and everything that could be verified by CARFAX certainly was. She answered a ton of questions and took about 40 pictures. Then she guided me through the long distance purchase. The car was quite nice, but not perfect, and they were very flexible in making some things right. The greatest thing about the dealership was the honesty and integrity...I've never seen anything like it. Robi, the finance manger Jake Bowen and the general manager Justin Adis are the best...you could trust them with your kids. If you want a dealership you can trust, in my opinion Columbine Ford is at the top of the list. It was a fair price for a lot of care that needs only a small amount of TLC and cleanup. More
