We reluctantly needed to move on but had not considered buying a new vehicle and hadn't paid any attention to newer cars for more than 10 years. Korey was very patient in giving us information on different vehicles and ways to make a purchase. Brandon was very understanding about letting us leave our former vehicle on the lot and allowing us to find someone who gave us a few dollars for our disabled car. Jake worked late to prepare the paperwork and making it possible to get our new (used) car without having to return another day and take more time off work. Customer Service and Buying Process After looking for a Ford Edge throughout Western Colorado and the Denver area, Columbine Ford was the friendliest dealership and the most willing to w After looking for a Ford Edge throughout Western Colorado and the Denver area, Columbine Ford was the friendliest dealership and the most willing to work with us, even going so far as to go to Denver to pick up one we were interested in even though there was no guarantee we would purchase it, saving us a trip to Denver. Robi Sifers was our contact and met us at the dealership with the Ford Edge full of gas, all packing materials removed, washed, and ready for our test drive. She was very knowledgeable about the car and all it's bells and whistles. The paperwork process had l been started before we even got to the dealership and took less time to complete than I had ever experienced in the past. When a small glitch occurred, Tina Bowlan stepped in to help and did a fabulous job in helping us to complete the paperwork and getting us on the road home. I was extremely impressed and pleased with these two ladies and how caring and professional they were. Buying a new car can be a not so pleasant experience, but not at this dealership and not with Robi and Tina. I recommend this dealership highly. More
