Since it was such a nice day outside, I took a walk around the lot and looked at the new Chevy Cruzes since my lease will be up this year and I'm hoping to get another Cruze. When I went back inside, Sarah came over to talk with me and I thought, oh-oh, something is wrong with the car, but that was not the case at all, she discussed my filters, we chatted a little about our cars, and then a little while after she went back to the service department, my car was ready. The wait seemed faster than usual today, and more pleasant with Sarah coming over to chat with me. It was a nice experience today. (The only disappointment I had was finding out that Chris Drew, the salesperson who I dealt with 3 years ago, is no longer with Commonwealth Motors, I was looking forward to dealing with him again when I lease another Cruze.) The first salesman I met was a gentleman named Connor Carney , and I am very grateful for this. Connor showed empathy right away instead of pushing me into something that was not for me. I told Connor that I was expecting my first new born on the way ever since I mentioned that all Connor would do was advise me through safety. I could tell how passionate he was and that he really did care. I walked into this dealership as a stranger, but thanks to this particular salesman I feel I left as part of the Common Wealth family.
