Our dealings with Chris Drew at Commonwealth Chevrolet in Lawrence this past December was absolutely GREAT! From the initial meet and greet, right through the finalizing of the deal, we were well taken care of. Chris even had a medical issue that needed to be taken care of during this time and he made sure that our needs were followed up on by someone at the dealership. Due to some scheduling issues on our end, we were not able to have the final detailing completed prior to picking up our new Chevy Silverado. NO PROBLEM!! When we were able to leave the truck for the detailing, it was done with no questions asked and a fine job was done! We did have a problem with one of our key fobs that had not been used since we purchased the vehicle. We went to Chris Taylor with that issue and it was taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would return for another purchase when we need another vehicle. More
