Another satisfying visit to Chevy Service I've been a customer of Commonwealth Chevrolet since Charlie opened the business in 1990. Sandra Howard has a great team working with her, and this visit (an oil change, fluid inspection and tire rotation) afforded me the opportunity to visit with Sarah Lord. Sarah greets every customer with her radiant smile and is very attentive to the needs of her customers. She completed the initial paperwork quickly yet thoroughly, all the while engaging in friendly conversation. When the service was completed she promptly reviewed the work that was done with me and told me exactly where my truck was located. She is a valuable asset to Sandra's and Charlie's team and I would definitely recommend her and Commonwealth Motors to anyone. More

Sarah Lord I have been dealing with Commonwealth Chevrolet for many years and I have brought my 2008 Saturn Vue in for many repairs and yearly checkups. I have I have been dealing with Commonwealth Chevrolet for many years and I have brought my 2008 Saturn Vue in for many repairs and yearly checkups. I have also dealt will many employees during these many years. I have been impressed with Sarah Lord from the beginning. Sarah is pleasant, customer focused, and very easy to talk to and deal with regardless of the situation. Obviously, she has been well trained. As a retired Customer Service or AT&T and Lucent Technologies, the first thing I look for is how I am treated when I first walk in to a place of business. If I were running a business, I would want Sarah on my TEAM because I know I could trust her to be professional and caring. Sarah has the ability to put customers at ease. I think Commonwealth is a better place because of Sarah Lord. I will continue to have my 2008 Saturn Vue services because it will be done properly and because Sarah will be there to make sure everything is done properly and explained in a manner in which I will understand.
