Sarah Lord I have been dealing with Commonwealth Chevrolet for many years and I have brought my 2008 Saturn Vue in for many repairs and yearly checkups. I have also dealt will many employees during these many years. I have been impressed with Sarah Lord from the beginning. Sarah is pleasant, customer focused, and very easy to talk to and deal with regardless of the situation. Obviously, she has been well trained. As a retired Customer Service or AT&T and Lucent Technologies, the first thing I look for is how I am treated when I first walk in to a place of business. If I were running a business, I would want Sarah on my TEAM because I know I could trust her to be professional and caring. Sarah has the ability to put customers at ease. I think Commonwealth is a better place because of Sarah Lord. I will continue to have my 2008 Saturn Vue services because it will be done properly and because Sarah will be there to make sure everything is done properly and explained in a manner in which I will understand.
