I was very pleased with Steve's customer service and Jamie's finance skills in order to complete a deal that was better then the original one i went in for. Great Service. I stopped in and spoke with Sandra on Thursday, and was able to get an appointment for the next day, at a time convenient for me to wait. When I dropped off the car the next day, Chris went over the recall fix, and also let me know there would be no labor charge for installing new GM wiper blades I told him I wanted to purchase. The drop off area was immaculate, and the car was ready when promised. Hopefully, I won't be back, but if something goes wrong with my Malibu, its good to know I can feel comfortable taking it to Commonwealth. More
