There was not one question he could not answer and he often made good suggestions, unsolicited, as to how we could make things work in the easiest and most economical fashion. Let me tell you our story: My brother was in the market for a high end used vehicle and one phone call to Richie was all it took for him to get the ball rolling. I warned Richie that my brother was not the easiest buyer, since he had some credit rating challenges and his current car was under water. Richie remained optimistic and upbeat throughout the entire transaction, never making my brother feel like he could not purchase a car from Commonwealth Motors due to his credit ratings - he simply said "We will get you what you are looking for, don't worry about a thing, we will make it work for your needs".
