I bring both my trucks there for service and never usually have a problem. The price for oil changes is great, especially if you bought the vehicle there. We acctually went to another dealer first who I caught lying to me about finance rates, when it got to the third lie I asked for our deposit back and called commonwealth. I did an internet search first to check out possible cars and prices from other dealers and then contacted Commonwealth by email and the response was quick. I got the information I asked for right away along with more reasonable prices. Lamar McLaughlin was not only down-to-earth, but very understanding of my needs and finances. There wasn't any pressure, he listened to what I had to say, heard my concerns and gave me all the time I needed to make the decision that was right for me. I did not feel that his goal was to make the current sale. I felt that he wanted me to find the perfect car and financing for myself, so that I would want to return to Commonwealth for my next car. Lamar and Hiram (the financial person) were knowledgable, answered all my questions and concerns, and tyreated me with respect.
