I recently utilized the Express Service at Commonwealth Honda, Lawrence where I did not schedule a formal service appointment. I was professionaly greeted upon arrival by "Ed Nunes". I arrived at 1pm on a busy saturday for the express oil change (no appointment). The staff greeted me promptly and courteously, wrote up my estimate and arranged a pick up time. I came in last week for a Honda Accord lease deal they had posted online. I called ahead and talked to Paula, she was very helpful answering my questions. Ended up spending a little bit more but loving the new features and definitely made the right choice. Gary was very helpful and worked hard to make sure I was happy. The plus to the lease, too, was that they returned my old plates, got the new ones, did the inspection, taxes, etc. Saved me some hassle and got me in a nice, new safe car, right away. When I picked it up during the day I noticed it and, even though it was a used car and dents are not unexpected, they agreed to fix it for me. The car was cleaned spotless and they did all of the leg work associated with making it road ready (insurance, registry, inspection). They made purchasing a car completely effortless on my part! More
