I bought a car in July, I have had to bring it back two or three times for the same problem. They told me the tires were brand new when I asked for proof they tried three times not to give it to me, then f or three times for the same problem. They told me the tires were brand new when I asked for proof they tried three times not to give it to me, then finally changed their story and said they were not new tires. The car "didn't require" new tires. The salesman was rude and thought he was the best thing ever. The managers were rude and the waiting time was ridiculous. Don't go here if you want a reliable "honda certified" car.! More

I took my Honda Accord in early AM. The service advisor was polite and told me they would service my car promptly. They found a nail in the right front tire and made the necessary repairs. Was able to get a great deal on a new 2012 civic hybrid which are pretty rare seeing that they are made exclusively in Japan. I was also able to get $1500 over the market value of my trade-in. My Honda S2000 was in service at this dealership. For some reason they put the wrong differential fluid in the car. They admitted they used GL4 fluid and manual says use GL5 ONLY. I asked them to change some reason they put the wrong differential fluid in the car. They admitted they used GL4 fluid and manual says use GL5 ONLY. I asked them to change to correct fluid, they said no and tried to lie to me that GL4 is also good. I called Honda of America and was told that GL4 fluid will void my warranty. I replaced to GL5 myself shortly after. Question is: Why would you use GL4 when car specs ask for GL5 ? I would avoid this dealership since they don't care about customers. At least Bernardi Honda dealership cared enough to respond to my review, not this dealership. More
