Ryan, We apologize for this situation. We don't normally encounter title issues like this one. When the deal was written on 9/9 we did inform you that the title was not in yet and you were satisfied with waiting the few days we thought it would take. Unfortunately, when we found out that Nissan had made a mistake with the previous customers end of lease and the title might take longer on 9/16 we offered you a full refund. Eric has emails and notes with phone calls back and forth with you on this day and throughout the entire process. We tried to give the refund with the credit card number twice and for some reason the numbers would not go through over the phone. We apologize you had to come down to run the credit card in house for the refund. We know this was a problem caused by us and the lender issuing the title and tried to accommodate you as much as we could with the refund. If you have not made a move we can contact you when the title is in and will discount the vehicle further to make up for the confusion. We anticipate you have made a move, and if so, good luck with the vehicle and please accept our apology as this was not a positive outcome for either of us. We are here and have been here to sell and deliver cars to customers that are happy and that is our only goal.
