When I sat with the lady to sign the paperwork, my personal information was taken from when I used the dealership 5 years ago for service. It was out of date and therefore the address was wrong on al personal information was taken from when I used the dealership 5 years ago for service. Also she failed to check boxes on some of the paperwork including checking the with the wrong extended warrantee ie Gold was checked and I purchased Platinum. I think the dealership needs to do a better job in verifying and completing the paperwork on such an important purchase. More
