I found the 2017 Buick LaCrosse while shopping online. Made the call to the dealership and Ashley answered the phone. I lived a couple hours away and made it there shortly before closing time. I debated between a couple other cars that were there. Ashley told me the differences between the 3 cars and didn’t pressure me in any direction, which I greatly appreciated. I went home and did some decision making over the weekend. I talked to Ashley first thing Monday morning and told him what I had decided, he immediately got the ball rolling for me to pick up my new car by 6pm! The lady from the finance department, I LOVED HER! Overall a great experience and highly recommend Community Buick! More
