When I sat with the lady to sign the paperwork, my personal information was taken from when I used the dealership 5 years ago for service. It was out of date and therefore the address was wrong on al personal information was taken from when I used the dealership 5 years ago for service. It was out of date and therefore the address was wrong on all the documents. Also she failed to check boxes on some of the paperwork including checking the with the wrong extended warrantee ie Gold was checked and I purchased Platinum. I think the dealership needs to do a better job in verifying and completing the paperwork on such an important purchase. More
