I was very pleased with my experience at Community. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I picked up a nail in my rear tire a couple days after my purchase and they fixed it with no charg Everyone was very friendly, helpful and efficient. They also fixed it at no charge. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used car. More

Salesman Larry was nice, but was told Jeep Liberty was checked out by shop and no issues. Drive 4 hours to pick up from STL and got there to find the check engine light was on, which means it cannot pas checked out by shop and no issues. Drive 4 hours to pick up from STL and got there to find the check engine light was on, which means it cannot pass inspection in my state. Was told the upper O2 senser was bad and it was no big deal. If I would have known the check engine light was on, I would not have even made the trip, but at this point I was fairly committed. They did knock $125 off the sales price for the part, but nothing for labor. Decided to settle up and take it back to STL. After paperwork, was given one key, they hadn't or wouldn't make a replacement for me. Pretty much cannot give a 16 year old girl a car and only have one key, so that cost me another $200 to go to a dealer and get one (would think a jeep dealership, like this one, would have known to immediately make one for the little cost they can do it for). Started my drive home in the snow storm only to learn that the windshield wipers were so bad that they didn't even touch the window at all, so drove home with a death grip on the wheel cuz I couldn't see. Plugged my phone charger in and learned the cigarette lighter outlet was dead. Let's just say the whole experience was frustrating. When I got home, the car was to my mechanic the next day to get it repaired enough it would pass inspection. At that point I learned the main belt was so cracked it had to be replaced and the plugs were so fouled that they needed replaced as well. In the end, I paid an additional $800 within 24 hours of buying this mechanically sound car. Very upset, but it is what it is. I shared all of this with the dealer two days before filling out this survey to give them a chance to do anything to make this right. I expected nothing, but always like to see if a shop or service place will try to right a wrong. So, this is my review. More

After two very BAD experiences traveling to distant dealerships looking for our next Dodge Ram 1500 4X4, my wife and I decided to give it one "last try". We had looked at SEVERAL trucks online from all dealerships looking for our next Dodge Ram 1500 4X4, my wife and I decided to give it one "last try". We had looked at SEVERAL trucks online from all over, even the one at Community Chrysler Dodge Jeep. After a few phone conversations with Larry Schwab, and looking intently at the photos and specs online, we decided to make the trip to see him. What a pleasant SURPRISE! Larry was everything a "Vehicle Acquisition Professional" is SUPPOSED to be - and not just another "Car Salesman"! The Dealership was OUTSTANDING!!! I have never experienced such friendly people, with NO PRESSURE at all! Larry and the people at Community CDJ made the entire "buying experience" flawless, painless, and the EASIEST my wife and I have ever had! We drove from the Evansville, IN area (reluctantly at first) and were GLAD we did! We drove home our 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 Crew Cab within an hour of arriving!!! GREAT JOB, Larry Schwab & Community CDJ!!! I have decided, whenever we are in the market for my next truck or Jeep - or car for that matter, we will be going to see Larry - no matter WHERE we live - it is WORTH the drive!!! They will treat you like family, and make your vehicle acquisition experience the BEST EVER! BTW - I absolutely LOVE the showroom ..... my GIANT "MAN CAVE"!!! More
