Above and beyond the call! They took care of an issue created by another Jeep dealer in another town on my wife's jeep. Was having tires rotated and was told that lug was stripp They took care of an issue created by another Jeep dealer in another town on my wife's jeep. Was having tires rotated and was told that lug was stripped on one of the wheels and they couldn't complete the rotation. Went to community and was shown that the locking lug key and lug had both been stripped. I had a meeting in another town that I couldn't miss, they said would take care of it and they did! Took them about 2 hours and had 3 technicians working on it. Had to chisel and cut to get the locking lug off, first time I ever heard a service group cheer! Replaced all my locking lugs with non locking lugs. When I requested that they contact the other Jeep dealership (i am cheap and didn't want to pay for something that a dealer broke) I was told not to worry, no charge! They had also warned me that they may damage the aluminum wheel during removal, and they did (more than I liked), but they offered to replace and I accepted. Long story short, I have not been treated that well by a dealership in years, they get all my service work from now on. Maybe even a sale in the near future! More
